Quick Tip: Stress

Quick Tip: Before you settle into a feel of overwhelm, remember… stress is often a figment of our imagination. Worry about what needs to be accomplished and our inevitable failure to get it done can weigh heavily. Instead, spend time organizing your workload. “What can I realistically get done today?” Create a list, then focus on and complete one task at a time.
