CIRCUS YOGA

Circus Yoga brings together the consciousness of yoga and the expressiveness of the circus to build relationships and community in a safe and playful way. Practices include, but are not limited to partner & acro yoga, partner & group acrobatics, mandala yoga, clowning, creative movement, balancing, juggling, stilting, push sticks/pull ropes. Sessions are designed based on participants abilities and interests, appropriate for ages 7-107.

JourneySpace Members: Included
Non-Members: $15 cash payable to Tara Mooney

Class is lead by Tara Mooney, a certified Ring Three Circus Yoga Facilitator.
