After having gone through a complete life transformation almost 15 years ago, you’d have thought, I was done, cooked! Well, I’m here to tell you that I’m still a work in progress. I am grateful to have picked up a few tools along the way, so I’m better equipped to handle what comes; but I am far from perfect. And quite frankly, I’d never want to be. Perfect means you stop learning and you stop growing and evolving. Dr. Joseph Michael Levry, founder of Naam Yoga says, “If you believe you’ve reached the top then you have nowhere else to go but down.”
So, when I’m not incessantly talking to others about Life Strategies, I’m busy listening, expanding my knowledge, and continuing to grow. Most important, I make a point of acting on whatever I am exposed to that feels right to me. In the past 3 months, I must have read 4 or 5 books, attended 2 workshops, had 5 Harmonyum treatments, 1 massage, 2 chiropractic adjustments, attended 1 floatation session and participated in 1 drum circle. In the coming days I will share those experiences and offer you new resources to add to your arsenal.
