Stress-buster #1 is deep breathing. 6 rounds of deep breathing, called a “3-Part Breath” helps calm the fires.

Action

You will be breathing deeply from belly through rib cage to chest:

  1. Sit up straight.
  2. Breathe in from your nose half way into your belly.
  3. Bring the second half of your breath up through your rib cage and up to your chest; rounding your shoulders back.
  4. Expel the breath through your nose exactly in the reverse.
  5. Repeat a total of 6 times.
