And, all it takes to get yourself moving is a commitment and one small step forward.

- Step out for 10 minutes during your lunch break for some fresh air.
- Take 3 to 6 long deep breaths to help reduce your stress.
- Call a friend you haven’t heard from in a year.
- Spend 15 minutes tidying up your work or living space
